Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) is about a 10- to 20-minute drive from Boston, Massachusetts, to Cambridge, Massachusetts, depending on the traffic. The university was established in 1861, and it’s been a pivotal actor in modern technology and science. At MIT, the core values are excellence and curiosity, openness and respect, and belonging and community.
