We work as hard as we can before your purchase to make sure the vehicle is everything you expect it to be. If for any reason you decide the vehicle isn’t right for you, we will take it back.
Nucar pre-owned vehicles are priced at or below KBB average retail almost all the time. So you know you are getting a fair price on a vehicle that is in better condition and is backed by a guarantee that is one of the best in the automotive industry.
The original purchaser may return an eligible vehicle within the first 7 days or 350 miles of purchase date, whichever occurs first, if not completely satisfied with the purchase. There will be a $199 re-inspection fee. Refund amount will be as follows: 1. The vehicle purchase price. 2. The down payment. 3. Any amounts paid toward the principle balance of the finance agreement. The vehicle must be returned to the General Sales Manager of the Nucar dealership where it was originally purchased. It must be returned in the original condition, free of modification, by the original purchaser and must also be accompanied by all original documentation including: registration, licenses and delivery paperwork. Nucar WILL NOT refund sales tax, excise tax, title, registration, and dealer documentation and/or license fees. The purchaser must pay any interest and principle balances and/or any other amounts due in order to provide a free and clear title of the vehicle to Nucar. Any additional products purchased including Extended Service Contracts, GAP, Maintenance agreements, and other aftermarket items may have to be refunded by the appropriate company, which administers each respective product. Such refunds may not be processed immediately and will be refunded according to the policies and timelines that are established by the appropriate company which administer each respective product.
